Proposal accepted but not hearing from the Buyer
Last week I had a proposal accepted and the Buyer placed the deposit for the job in escrow and messaged me last Friday to say that they will be in touch this week with further details of the brief. Great! All good so far - workstream opened and all waiting to go...However, despite a few messages from me this week, I have not heard again from the Buyer although I can see they've been on their account numerous times throughout this week. I did see that they've read my penultimate message but this notification has since disappeared and I cannot see if they've read my last message - I cannot see a 'seen at' notification.
I am now starting to wonder if something has happened with the workstream which means that both myself and the Buyer are not seeing one another's messages? Could your UI people look in to this as soon as possible as, obviously, if this continues I am concerned I would lose my only won job! Can someone also come back to me?
