Payment Over Charged via PayPal

Hello,

I paid for an hourly service that was advertised at a £35 fixed rate. However  I have been overcharged on two occassions the first transaction from my account amounting to £37.17 and £39.10.

I have made the payments via paypal. The PPH invoices show the fixed rate I should have been charged, whereas my PayPal account/Bank statement shows that i've been over charged.

 

Please could you help to resolve this issue as I plan to regularly use this hourlie and would like to be charged the fixed rate stipulated on the site.

  Hi Gemicha,

  Please read our T&Cs section 8, for a run down of our fees to buyers. I encourage everyone wishing to use a service should read T&Cs before using said service. Moreover, there are signals along the way to tell you that you are being charged a fee for the service as you checkout. 

  I have opened up a ticket in case you are facing technical difficulties and not seeing these.
