Accept My payment method and change my last name as per my document

Dear,

     I have attached my document for change my last name and upload my current photo. I have added my payment method also. Now it is taking 7 days but unfortunately my photo not matched with document that by document rejected, again i uploaded new photo.

Please change my last name and approve my payment method. I am doing very hard work for find client in pph and doing good .

I hope you will help me fast and change as per document please.

  I have uploaded my photo and document both are original but after that review cancel both.
  I am not understand the process, why you are not active my account.
  Please change name and active payment account.
  If it is not possible than let me know i will see another option doing business like upwork and others thinks.

  I have one client in my work stream for doing work. Please understand my request and verify my account.
