Placing bid

I have a complaint about biding.
As I had bidded for this:
I did not know my payment will be cut.
Is there a way y money can be returned as I did not have a clear information that my money will be deducted from my account.
Your website has not given a proper information that what I will be bidding for will be deducting from my account as it looked misleading.I would like a proper information with clarity and as I did not understand I would want my money be refunded back to me.
