How to put money in Escrow and set up milestone

Hi there,

 

I need to put money in ecsrow to start work and also create milestone.

I have searched and tried and cannot do this , as the option accept button only gives me the option to pay.

Last time I hired someone and clicked the accept button and pay the money went straight to the person without start of work . It was a mistake and the job was a problem. As they had received the money before starting work!

 

Please can you tell me how , where to deposit money and also create milestone.
