    Many thanks for your message,

    Firstly, I would like to mention that our response time is within the timeframe of 24 hours. Please keep in mind that sending more emails under the same ticket sends your ticket back in the queue as we reply to ticket based on the date that they have been submitted. 

    Secondly, I can understand your concerns and I'd be upset too, if that happened to me. I would like to assure you that we are aware of this inconvenience caused and we are doing our best in order to process all withdrawal requests as soon as possible. 

    I hope you can understand that we have no intention of holding your funds as we are very glad that you have earned them through PPH. However, as the backlog occured we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue in order for you to receive your funds. Please do not worry. 

    Your patience and understanding are deeply appreciated.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thank you for your message here. It still doesn't help. For a very simple reason as the request was raised on 27th February 2018, and today is 16th March 2018.

    It's just hard to trust you when you keep saying that you guys are doing everything in capacity to clear the backlog, but do not have a definitive timeline.

    I too am a developer, and I am ready to help you with any technical glitches you might have had to resolve this ASAP.

    I have a 3 month old daughter and this being my only source of income has put in me into a very sad stage in my life.

    And as you would be able to see, I had trusted PPH with a lot of my money and though being a top PPHer there's no support.

    Hi Kelly,

    The request was raised on 27th February 2018. It's been exactly 20 days now. It's just very hard to believe & trust that it can take up to 20 days to process a simple payment withdrawal request and every-time I have asked for an update, there's practically no-update. Same robotic messages every-time.

    All my accounts + documents + Identifications are verified and I have received all my payments smoothly until the month of February.

    PPH keeping top-sellers like me in dark is no way a good practice in business.

    Kindly update me with what's been happening with my so much money that I have trusted PPH with.

    It's already started to kill me. Bills payments are pending, as everything with the money was planned. And now I am in a terrible situation, plus it's financial year ending in India, which puts me into a very critical situation.

    Please for God's sake update ASAP.
    And process ASAP.
