Payoneerl Withdrawal NOT Processed since 18 DAYS

Hello Sir/Mam

 

I requested a withdrawal in my verified Payoneer account in February 27th. But after 18 days I still didn't get my money.

I contacted support, but they continuously telling the same thing and that is my money will be sent when my queue comes.

 

Before this, people per hour made me to make my withdrawal in a hurry by telling that they can not keep my money anymore and at the same time blocked my Verified Payoneer account. But I made withdrawal on that account couple of times before.

I had to solve it before making the withdrawal and not this problem.

 

So, I feel something is very wrong here and I may lose my hard earned money forever.

Can anyone please please help me??

  Hi Monzurul,

  Many thanks for your message.

  There is a backlog of payments at the moment leading to a greater than expected wait time for payments to be processed. I see you have raised a ticket already and therefore I will allow our team to handle your issue.

  Please be patient and do not add any more tickets as you will then automatically go to the back of the queue.

  Yes, I opened a ticket. But I don't think the man handling that ticket or the payment team who is handling my withdrawal can solve the problem. It will just take 5 minutes to send the payment if they wanted to do it. I need people other than them to help.

   

  Can you just tell me with 100% certainty that I can get my money? Will there be any situation that I may have to lose the money?

  Hi Monzurul,

  I have personally passed this on to the payments department to expedite the query. We have almost caught up now with our backlog, therefore you should not be waiting too much longer. However with it being a Friday you may be waiting until Monday. I hope this is rectified soon for you.

  It has only been a couple of days.  But via PayPal the money should have been transferred on the same day.  This is unacceptable.

  I have made two different withdrawals since 23rd of Feb. it is still pending up till now. I have raised more than two tickets, I keep getting the same response. Please can anyone help. This is my hard earned money. The same day I withdraw from my Fiverr account, I got it immediately. PPH what is going on

  Hi Kelly Sir/Mam,

   

  Greetings. Hope you are well.

  You promised me that I will get my payments within Monday but it is Tuesday and I still didn't get my money. 22 days have passed since I withdrew my money and still I didn't get them.

  As I told you earlier that payment team is not interested in giving my money back.

   

  I want straight answers. What PPH have done with my money? Will I get my money or not?

  Hello Les,

  They told me to withdraw my money within February or they will send them back to my clients or charge Admin Fee to the balance until it is withdrawn or zeroed. (please check the attachment).

  So, if they were having troubles sending payment why they make me withdraw in a hurry? I would have withdrew in April if they didn't forced me to withdraw early. Something is definitely wrong here.
