My hourly not publish but payment cutt

Hello PPH Team,

Hope you are doing well..

 

I post one hourly on 15th march but some discription ireason its not publish. But $17 cutt from my pph account. So please review it and sort out the $17  issue. if hourly not publish then I think $17 refund in my account.
