My Account can't approved

I try to approve my account several time but always stuck in same error.

A few changes needed to start selling!

After a close review of your application we've determined that to accept to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the following action: Provide a genuine profile picture.

RESUBMIT APPLICATION
