    To add to my original message.  I have already opened a ticket and still waiting to someone to get back to me.  Please prioritize my withdrawal it is very important that I have the fund available to me as soon as possible.

    I got a respond from the ticket and all it basically said is with PayPal transfer requested before noon the money should be transferred on the same day.  Obviously I still don't have my money.  Please expedite my transfer.

    Hi Nat - these types of payments are now being processed the next day. they say that they are approving it on the same day - that's not the same as making the transfer.

    it's a bit misleading actually.

    And nothing ever happens on a weekend - it is Monday to Friday only. You will be paid Monday afternoon at the earliest. Sorry

    Thank you for the response. I am waiting for a withdrawal i the amount of over 1600 GBP which I need asap.  It is rather frustrating especially realizing now that so many people are experiencing extended delays.

    The best way is to send a message via your already open support ticket with her name at the top. Anything with her name in is usually passed to her.

    But bear in mind that support tickets can take 48-72 hours to be seen.

    Also if you sent your request for your payment on Friday morning, it's likely to be paid Monday afternoon.

    That's how long PayPal payments are taking at the moment.

    But there's no harm in asking Natalie to ensure your payment is made on monday - if she reads it in time.
