SERVICE / PAYMENT DELAYS
Dear Sir / Madam,
I have two pending payments. I completed a job on Friday, 09.03.2018 and raised an invoice. The buyer has not released the funds yet. That very Friday was the last day the buyer accessed her PPH account. As per your T&Cs, if the buyer doesn't respond within 7 days of a raised invoice, you automatically credit the seller's account. Today is the 8th day and still waiting. In addition, what happens now that the buyer has not left any feedback or rated me?
Secondly, kindly advise some of the security checks done or what prompts the security checks which results in delayed receipt of payments once the buyer has released the same. I feel 3 days to be a long wait for a straight forward gig and it is even worse when you add Saturday and Sunday to the wait. There were funds released by a buyer over 12hrs ago and still remains pending on Escrow. To think that I'll get the funds on Wednesday next week is disappointing, to say the least.
Finally, on my seller activities, there are jobs that remain pending yet have been completed, rated and feedback provided by the buyer?
Kindly advise/assist.
Regards,

Hi Alex,
It is actually 30 days of a raised invoice if a buyer hasn't responded for normal jobs, for 'hourlie jobs' this is reduced to 15 days. I hope this is clearer. You will get your money released. If there is a problem you can request help from support@peopleperhour.com
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi Kelly,
This is quite inconveniencing and absurd to say the least. In essence, you are trying to advise that I shall receive the payments after approximately one and a half months because when you say 30 days. This, is because PPH doesn't count weekends.
Kindly clarify which jobs release funds from Escrow within 7 days if the buyer hasn't responded?
I'm still trying to reconcile how PPH has changed it's payment terms, basically by increasing their commissions and at the same offering worse service in terms of settling payments than they were before!!!
The sad part is, after PPH has received all these complaints or feedback from Freelancers, nothing will change.
SAD!!
