    Hi Flavia,

     

    Very sorry to hear about your problem. I want to warn you about some issues of PPH. Please read this message carefully.

    My withdrawal is also pending for 25 days. And I requested it to payoneer card.

     

    And PPH will try some other tricks to delay your money like they did with me.

    After 23 days of withdrawal pending, they suddenly tell me that my documents are not verified. And they created similar situations earlier by making my verified payoneer account status pending.

    But all my documents and payoneer accounts are verified and I had withdrawn couple of times from PPH earlier. So, they are just making these things up to delay the withdrawal.

     

    So be aware about this tricks. Make your document ready and check your payment method status regularly. So, that if they will use these tricks, you can solve them fast.

     

    This is probably the last message I can write to you. PPH will surely block me from your post after they see my message.

     

    And also you can check these thread about the problem of PPH payment system.

    They already blocked couple of member to reply in that thread including me for to telling the harsh truth.

    Looks like I am not alone here. I have the same issue, have requested the 4 withdrawals got one of them and still waiting for the rest of the 3 requests from 23 days to the current date.

     

    Not getting any kind of tangible deadline from PPH support that when it's going to be transferred. I have tried each and every platform they have provided to contact but all they are doing is taking information and looking into the issue. I am not sure what to do next.

    I second what everyone else has just said, I am having a similar experience with delayed payment - and PPH support has been pretty much nonexistent. After clocking in 80+ hours for the project I worked on, I'm very much in disbelief from this experience.

    I'd love to know if your case has been resolved.

    Hi.I am facing same issues right now.2 times my invoices were cancelled.I have alreay verified my documents but PPH asked me again to verify.They were not paying my invoices even my buyers has given me 5 stars.After two weeks of constantly talking to their customer support,they said that everything is cleared and my funds are ready for withdrawal.They sent me an email which described that there's no issue with anything and all of my funds are ready to withdraw. 

    BUT here's another issue.

    when i sent them withdrawal request to my payoneer account,they're asking me that my one of your buyer wasn't verified so we cant proceed your withdrawal.

    I CAN'T WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM MY OWN WALLET BECAUSE ONE OF MY BUYERS HAS'NT SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS OR NOT VERIFIED.

    PEOPLEPERHOUR is asking for verification when i have made withdrawal request.

    i have a decade's experience in freelancing and i have started it on pph few months back.I am telling you not a single freelancing site will hurt you for money transfer.

    But i don't know why they're doing this to me.

    i hope so that my issue will be resolved soon and then i will decide if i should work on this platform.

    Hi,

    I have made a transaction to my payoneer account and it says that the payment will be received in one day but even after 36 hours, I have not received it.
