Not received my money from a request withdraw money - no phone number or support requests asnswerd
I have written a support request, tried contacting through Facebook/tweeter/CEO via linkedIn and I have not had a response.
Your company do not appear to have a phone number and I need to speak to someone as money I requested transferred from my PPH account has not made it to my bank account.
This is the support request I have submitted, which for some reason is now closed!! REQUEST #689191
It has all the details there, I would like someone to phone me to provide proof of payment so I can take it up with my bank.
So does anyone in the 'Community' know when PPH are likely to get in contact?

Let's keep only this one open for now since it's forwarded to your email.I have got a confirmation form our Payments Team that your withdrawal got processed and apporved on the 21st of March and attached you will find a screenshot with the reference number and the status of the transaction ("completed").
