Contacting buyers

Greetings, my question is i have sent a proposal to the Job and buyer replied to it,

thus now i can send messages to him , now buyer is from my Location and want to discuss more thus shared their mobile number with me on PPH ,

So, will be against PPH Policy to Talk to them over Call , outside PPH?

  Hi Shaktiraj,

  No it is not against our policies to use other means of communication to contact buyers/sellers, however we do suggest you log these discussions in the workstream so if there is a dispute further on in the work then we know exactly what has occurred and when. You can also use the 'call' option in the workstream.
