 Some buyers post a job and then just vanish.They are not found online further and does not award the job to anyone.  This way we the sellers just loss our bids. So you should refund bid when a buyer does not award the job to anyone.And a post should not be available after a week.This way you can increase sellers' safety.

  There should be background checks on the Sellers. If they want to discuss projects over google chat, not only does it seem unprofessional, but very sketchy. 

  I hope someone else creates a platform like this, but are very responsive after sending "tickets", that will stand as un-answered for Days.
