My account was debited for a proposal twice and days after the proposal has been finished.

My Access bank account was debited for a proposal fee that has already been deducted on the 20/03/2018 for the fee for accepting a proposal from one Osolake S of $10.
This evening 28/03/2018 I was also debited of the same amount. Making my debited transaction twice.
Please, kindly help me look at it and refund the said amount back into my account.
