payment withdraw still going pending

 Hello PPH Team i have had submit a withdraw request on 29 march 

and your system saying request will be proceed just in 1 working day

but request still going pending. it's been 6 days now 

please any one can told me what's wrong there ?

  Same here I have withdrawn on 27 March.

  Me too. My withdrawn date is the 25th March.

  A ticket has been opened, but assistant does not reply since last Friday.

  Hello Kelly 

  yes i have received comments by your agent thy told me your team were on Easter holidays.they  resolved my pending withdrawal request.

  but you must need to add any little notification on your PPH website when your team need to going out for long or shorts holidays. to avoid mentally upset
