Complaint
I have got an excellent Translation from someone and I have paid the agreed money to pph. Unfortunately the translator hasn't yet got any money. We both tried to contact the pph support, but technically it doesn't work. There is no way to reach the Support.
The translator has done a good Job and doesn't get Money, whereas the Money already was debitted from my bank account. That is a very disappointing Treatment from pph side. I hope that pph will Transfer the Money to where it belongs. Besides I would appreaciate to give a rating to the translater, because she has done an excellent Job.
