    Same problem with me. when i contacted with customer support team they replied they nothing can do. because amount is not in Escrow. if he deposited amount while accepting my proposal then how he ran away with his money. then any one come at PPH get work done and go away without verification of account and PPH will send them money back. who will pay to seller if seller have proof of work.

    total unfair to ward sellers and bad policy of PPH

    Yes sajan you are right why Amount is transferred to buyer pph if not active member.
