I cancelled an order when a seller did not deliver and I have requested my funds to be transferred and I’ve provided all the information you requested. It’s now five days and no one has come back to me. You have not responded to any of my queries.
Can you sort this out ASAP. I find it unprofessional that a buyer has to chase for their money.
You also need to vet the sellers as a lot of them do not deliver even at cert4 and cert 5.

  They are simply kidding us. This is a platform made by idiots and scammers you do nothing but charge ridiculpus fees but don't fulfill their part of the agreement. You never get a definitive answer, only lame excuses.
