Client trying some scam not to pay my invoice.

I've completed work for this Client based in Sri-Lanka, I had my suspicions that things weren't legit but went ahead since he placed the deposit so i would be protected by "Seller protection".

This Client is now trying some sort of scam not to pay my invoice, it's all recorded on the workstream, please help.
