Payment through Credit Card is not going through

Dear PPH,

I am trying to pay through credit card by I am getting a message that there is some error. Could please advise what the problem is

  Hi guys, I'm having the same problem as Ahmed. Paid TWICE, the on 3 had the pink message to contact you.
