Difficulty Withdrawing to Bank Account
There seems to be a bad link or two on your website around the withdrawal request. I have two withdrawal methods set up, a PayPal account and a bank account. I only use the bank account now.
I have found that if I follow the Withdraw Funds link on the right hand side of the Payments Page, under the control panel, I only get an option to withdraw to PayPal and the bank account is not listed. If I select My Money there is also an option to withdraw funds by clicking a button. Today that was only giving the PayPal option. After navigating away from the page and back again, this button did give me both options, so I have been able to complete the withdrawal request.
These bad links are probably resulting in unnecessary support tickets from people who have added a bank account and are unable to select it as a withdrawal method.
