Can't set up a withdrawal account

Hello, I completed a job but I can't raise an invoice because I can't set up a payment method. I tried to attach my Paypal account and it gave me an error saying "The withdrawal account you have provided is already in use by another user."  When I know for a fact that I haven't used my Paypal on this site before. I also tried with my Payoner account and it said the same thing. 

Now I can't get paid because it doesnt let me attach my payment information, please I hope you can help, I don't want to lose my money.
