ERROR THE STREAM IS COMPLETED (CAN NOT SEND PROPOSAL)
Can't send a proposal on the work stream .

Hi Natalie, still my problem is not solved,all I got is a message to try do it from different browser,devices
Could you please send some one from your customer support to help me with this, my client is already waiting 4 days just for sending the proposal so we could start work.
