Freelancer rude

This "freelancer" Nicki S. is a nightmare.

She sent a proposal that I didnt feel was a good fit for the job I had posted. She requested feedback, which I gave honestly. She obviously can not take feedback (even though it was asked for) and became extremely rude and aggressive in her tone via email. 

She has threatened to report ME to PPH when all I did was tell her why I had not picked her proposal. 

I really dont think people like this should be on this platform (or any other for that matter)
