Why there is fee Admin Fee For April 2018

What this? You are not allowing me to withdraw the post, then I hired someone, paid him for the fee, then again, you took the money from his account and again put on my account, and now cut the amount from account as Admin Fee For April 2018? The account is already with you and you are charging to me again? What's a damn service pph have? I don't use it and will never ask anyone to use this bullshit platform..
