Seller stopped working and doesn't reply to messages
Hello all,
in September of 2017 I awarded a job of high value (4400 USD) to a "top ranked" seller here on PPH. His initial estimation about the timeline was that he needed 12-16 weeks to complete the project. Things were going pretty good and he actually did some work and that's why I released the funds from the escrow account according to the milestones we set. However, after the last payment, progress has been painfully slow. He now has received the biggest part of the money (close to 4000 USD) which, according to PPH I can't get refunded. Now I'm stuck with a seller that hasn't provided an update since 3 weeks (we re in week 33 from the beginning of the project) and who stopped replying alltogether. I don't mind exposing the seller by giving his name here, but I'm still waiting for PPH's customer support to resolve the issue. What are my options here?
