Discount Offer lost

 Hi, i had a small problem related to a discount code lost.

During payment process requested by one seller i had a discount code available, really i dont know from where but the code was available on my bill. 

After agree with payment condition i pressed ok to proceed to next step and i lost my internet connection. When i resumed, the code was missing and payment reloaded in full amount.

Can someone explaine?

  Hi Natalie,

  Please i have the same issue. i cannot find the discount given to me despite the fact that i have not used it for any transaction.

  I was going to deposit it for a particular project but left the page to attend to another freelancer, when i returned to my page to make deposit for the project, it was gone.
