Can not Accept a proposal error 503 screen

I can not accept a proposal I have had the problem for nearly 36 hours now I keep getting an error 503 screen after I click the accept button it just times out?? I have contacted support 3 times now and not had a reply! Not good as I really need to get my project going!

I have tried everything refreshing, clearing cache trying with a different computer but still the same issue?

Please can somebody help ???
