I am not able to withdraw funds to my back account.

Hi

I tried to withdraw funds to my bank account on 9th may 2018. After waiting for few days when i checked the pph payment activities, I found that my withdraw request was cancelled with following messages

"Withdrawal from your PPH User Account (Rejected)

Note: Return of original statement entry #156024. PAYOUT RETURNED: Returned due to insufficient data 99Need bene & remitter relation.Varun Mishra"

I was successfully withdrawn fund in past without any issue. What happened this time?

I generated a ticket as well but I have not received any reply in last 3 days. My request number is #702140.
