Funds in My Escrow

Two recent jobs have resulted in funds in my Escrow.

First one for 'Raphy P' - he instructed me to start work then omitted to tell me that he had got someone in his office to complete the job and that I was to stop work. I received payment for the amount I requested but there is still 35 euros in my Escrow which is his.

Secondly

A job completed for 'Katrina'  - Only able to charge by the hour but job only took 30 minutes in total - therefore I only charged £6.00 - there is now another £6 sitting in Escrow.

Both these amounts need returned to the respective people, otherwise this leads to it appearing that I am dishonest - which I am not.

  Hi - I have completed work and there are funds in my escrow account - I have raised an invoice and sent  a few messages asking for the company I did the work for to release the funds, and pay the additional £100 but they have stopped communicating with me - please can you tell me what I can do to release the money?
