Payoneer Withdrawal problem

I have attached my Payoneer account with my PeoplePerHour account but I can't withdraw with the Payoneer account. 

My Payoneer account is approved but when I click on withdrawal from my PeoplePerHour then Payoneer doesn't appear and it says

"Select a Withdrawal Account

Please click here to create a Withdrawal Account, before you can request withdrawal."

  I'm having a similar issue too, my payoneer is not showing on my payoneer in the withdrawal section
