    Hello,

I have the same problem and the same message appeared.

Maybe the difference is that I've put my bank account, not Paypal and a review is pending.

Please inform me as soon as possible, because I've just finished the work and my respectful client asks for a raised invoice.

    Looking forward to your answer!

    Thank you.

    Hello Tonia ,
i received the solution from the customer service agent and that was the answer

" If you go through this link to your Settings>Payments section you will see that you need to fill in your address details as they are important information needed to be on the Invoice slip before you can be able to raise one. Once you have filled in those details then please click the save button and! Then you will be able to proceed with raising the Invoice!"

Hope that could help you too, as it worked for me.

Hello, I've already filled my address but still can't create the invoice. When I go to Payments > Create invoice. I can create it but it doesn't show in the workstream. And in the workstream itself as I said I can't it's saying the same message "It seems like you haven't filled in your Address, your Tax/Company details and your Withdrawal Account details. Please visit settings to fill them in and make sure that your Withdrawal account has been approved before you can create an Invoice."
The funny thing is that I've already created an invoice for a previous job. Any help?

I have got the same problem, so I click that link and fulfil my payment and billing address details. Then I saw an option in here to create a "new invoice" option. I hope it will be helpful if anyone faces this problem in future.
