List of 'My Buyers'
Now that we're going to be charged service fees depending on our historical billing with each client individually, it would be very useful as a seller to be able to see a list of people I've worked with, alongside a total of all the invoices paid in all workstreams I've billed for their work.
Then next to it a handy note to tell me what grade of service fee I am currently being charged for them would be ideal.
As it stands I have no incentive at all to keep working with buyers that have not spent more than £500 with me. And my incentive to seek new work at 20% commission is also zero the most of my jobs are billed under £300.
I may consider to continue working with buyers who have spent £500+ with me.
But working that out isn't an easy task at all.
So a full list of My Buyers, with amount earned would be very useful given this new scheme you're rolling out.
I fear most of my clients on this platform fall under the £500 threshold. And I'm not that happy about paying 7.5% up to £5000, because I have even fewer clients that would meet that, or are likely to now that I have less incentive to work with them.
But seeing that in a list would help me work these things out, at a time when honestly I feel like panicking due to what feels like a massive hike in service fees, that will stunt my will and ability to gain or stick with new clients.
Also, I think information on this new rollout should have been sent in an email?

Totally agree with you! This was a complete shock to say the least that you were implementing this new hike in fees. Not only do we have that plus the invoice fee but we have to pay self assessment taxes on it to HMRC. Gosh it ends up being better working at McDonald's at the end of the day.
