Wouldn't it be nice to have REAL TIME PPH CHAT support?

That's all. I'd just like to have some support while working. it's often counterproductive to have to fill out a support request and wait a whole day for an answer that may or may not even be solution that is needed. This is a slow and clunky way to get issues resolved.

  Yes! Why wont PPH do this - recently I was mistakenly overbilled by PPH and I spent days trying to find an actual phone number, eventually finding the ceo instead of pph. If they're handling your money in real time they should be giving full customer telephone / chat support

  I'm a newbie trying to buy - a moderate job - perhaps £3,000-£5,000, but for some reason the platform won't let me contact the seller - it sends me to the "Wrong turn" page.

  So all things break, I know - but there seems to be no way to get to talk to anyone to fix it!  Support responded once then vanished - no phone number, no chat.  Dreadful service
