Why it's asking paypal account in Identification documents for Bank Withdrawal

 Hello, I have been trying to withdraw money from so long and its always been an issue as i still did not get anything out of it after working for so long. I tried again this time and now it is asking me for PayPal account details or screenshots, whereas i am trying the withdrawal using a bank account of mine. 

Please help me with this issue ASAP
