Client not paying
I completed work for client, made 2 amends and invoiced him 23rd June. He waited for 7 days and then rejected my invoice. I raised a dispute with PPH and they cancelled it, saying client should pay.
I therefore raised my invoice again but nothing has happened. PPH told me that on the 15th day, escrow funds would be released. This has not been done. Client has now stopped responding.
What am I supposed to do? I have complied with pph T&C totally but the support team are not helping. I have had a ticket open since 23rd June.
PPH Support - will you please tell me what is going on?
