How about a chat bot system(Instant Messaging) when the buyer and seller are online and approved on working the project ???

  Thank you for your feedback. 

  Actually we are in the process of evaluating the option to implement a chat bot. We are assessing our users' needs, the required effort, as well as the value our users will gain. Hopefully in the next couple of months we will make a decision and proceed accordingly.

  As long as, it can transfer you to live chat , when needed, it is not a bad idea at all.
