    Thank you for your feedback. 

    Actually we are in the process of evaluating the option to implement a chat bot. We are assessing our users' needs, the required effort, as well as the value our users will gain. Hopefully in the next couple of months we will make a decision and proceed accordingly.

    As long as, it can transfer you to live chat , when needed, it is not a bad idea at all.
