Paysafecard does not Cooperate with this company

I have a problem with payment. I select paysafecard method for payment.

This redirects me to the paysafe customer account. 

After this, gives me an error :

" The particular paysafecard PIN can not be used for payment at this online store. Here you will find more information about online stores, which you can pay with this code."

I contact with the company paysafecard and they told me that they do not cooperate with this company!
