ERROR The withdrawal account you have provided is already in use by another user.

I have just added my Payoneer account for withdrawal method. When I added my details following error appears:

ERROR The withdrawal account you have provided is already in use by another user.

The account I want to add is my personal account and it is not used by anybody else.

Please resolve the issue.
