Refund from PPH and close account

I would like to request a refund from PPH to be sent to my account. I no longer want to use PPH services, I have had bad experiences twice in a row and would like my money back and to close my account. 

Why does the refund go to your PPH account and not to your original method of payment? eg my bank account
