Unpaid invoice

I completed the work for my client a month ago and invoiced them on 9 July. Since then i have sent 2 reminders but haven't received payment yet. I have worked for this client before and never had a problem getting paid so i didnt ask for any money to be put in escrow. Could someone help me to get my payment?
