Time Tracker - Seller Protection

In the PPH terms and conditions it states:

 

3.3.1 Protection for Sellers
In the rare event that a Buyer refuses payment for legitimate services performed by a Seller, PPH will provide limited payment protection to the Seller as mentioned below (“Per Hour Payment Protection”). Per Hour Payment Protection will be provided only if all of the following criteria are met:

• Seller must have used the PPH Time Tracker App to track the time.

 

1. Is this available? If so, where can I download it?

2. If it is not available, I cannot comply with the PPH terms and conditions in order to be protected. How does this affect my seller protection?
