Withdrawl payment pending approval

Hello PPH Support team

 

I have withdrawn a payment request on 30th July and it still shows pending. it has not be approved. normally it is approved within 1 days. I have already raised a query but not getting any reply , Please if you can look into my issue . I have outstanding bloggers and editors to pay. Response from customer support has been very cold and slow . Please if you can take interest and look into this matter.

  Hi

  I have raised this ticket 3 days back . I am yet to receive a response from Customer support. My payments has been withheld from 30th July . I have tried to reach out customer support agent they have been telling me every day We are looking into issue. Support is something PPH needs to address . Who do I contact in terms of payment issue. Its been 7 days . I am trying to get my own funds which I have earnt on pph. Would I have any support or some one payment speacilist to look into issue.

   

  I am feedup of writing emails and opening tickets and no one is addressing the payment issue.

   

  I hope my voices are heard and someone from payment team response to my query .
