The invoices from the seller's only show their fees.  However, the amount taken out of my bank account has added on amounts, which I assume is PPH's fee.

How do I get an invoice showing the amount that PPH has added on (at the moment, the invoices do not match the money taken away from my bank account).

  I have a similar issue. Funds have been removed from my personal credit card from PPH but the two costs do not relate at all to any invoices on my account.  Please can this be resolved asap.

  I need to have invoice relating to the actual amount taken from my account. I am doing my tax return and this needs to match. At the moment its differant by £12.40 Thank you
