Hi, the developer could not deliver what was promised and i would like a refund. 

He told me to ask another developer. 

How do i go about getting a refund?

  Hello Richard

  I worked with a UI designer that I found on this platform. First he wanted to sign a contract outside of this platform. afterwards he only delivered half of the project and stoped answering.

  I only found out later that I should not have singed a direct contract. But I feel like I was scammed. I'm making a legal complaint against this freelancer and his Paypal account has been blocked. I hope you will also take action to not have this kind of people on your platform anymore.
