Hello, i would like to inform you about the identification documents, i only have my ID with me as for the utility bill or statements in our country they differ,,in the rental house i live in we purchase tokens for electricity via MPESA(which is a mode of payment here), then water is free . i dont have a landline nor a car for gas, then about the council tax, i graduated this year on april and i havent gotten employed so we are exempted from tax as we file zero returns in our tax website,..so my plea is for you to help me in that part so that i can complete my payments settings.
