Unlink my Facebook account

I want to unlink my Facebook with this account as I need to change the account's email and password and am unable to do so currently. Also, when this unlinking happens, what will my password default to?

  Hello Frederick.

  We have now removed your Facebook account. Your default password will be the one you used for facebook. But we advise you to always reset your password after these changes are made.
